    • How long of a time commitment should I expect?
      • If you’re already in a place where you cook for yourself, your time commitment shouldn’t be too much. All of the foods we talk about are easy to access and cook. On average, you can expect to spend between 15-30 minutes to prep something.
    • How many hours of audio will there be per week?
      • Overall, you will have 75 minutes or less of content per week. Since the course is audio based, you can listen to it no matter what you’re doing – laundry, while driving, while going for a walk, the choice is yours!
    • How is the program laid out?
      • Every week's module is laid out, so you can get started right away!
      • Your PDFs will be available in week one and you’ll continue to have access to them forever.
      • The lesson audios are available upon sign-up, and you can listen to them on your computer or on the go.
    • Will this program help me lose weight?
      • That’s not the overall goal of the program, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t possible.
      • The principles of eating that we go over in this program will help you heal from underlying health issues, which might help your body lower inflammation and start to shed some excess body fat.
      • That being said, this program is meant to help heal your gut from acid reflux issues, not spur on weight loss.
    • Can I do this program on PPIs?
      • Yes! That is what it’s designed for!
      • The program was based on principles that I have used with my 1:1 clients to lower and even stop their PPI Rxs – under careful supervision from their medical professionals.
      • I am not a medical professional, so if you do choose to lower or stop your prescribed medication, please discuss those changes with your doctor.
    • How long will I have access to the course?
      • Forever! But I highly recommend downloading resources to your own personal computer or drive, just in case.
    • Can men participate in this program?
      • Yes – although you will have to put up with a little bit of women’s hormone knowledge at the end. That being said, all of the acid reflux healing principles are appropriate for all sexes.
